To provide you with beer, teach you how to make beer so you won't bug us so much, and maybe beat you at a game of pool, at which point you will buy us a beer.
5.Tent Pole Vanilla Porter
The Tent Pole is a smooth operator. One of the first batches off our new equipment, we got excited to play around with Madagascar vanilla beans — about 50 of them. Some in the boil, some in the fermenter, and some in secondary. Made with black patent and chocolate malt, it arrived at the tap at 6.1
Simple Mexican-style lager with corn in the grain bill. Served with a lime.
15.Some More What?
Smokey, roasty stout. Conditioned on vanilla beans and cocoa nibs. Notes of marshmallow, dark chocolate, and campfires.
Kettle soured blonde ale with strawberry puree and lactose.
16.PINK-I Raspberry IPA
A big, accessible IPA, the Pink-I starts with a traditional recipe using Falconer's Flight, followed by Citra hops. All natural red raspberry puree is added at the conclusion of fermentation, along with more Citra for dry hopping. The aroma is mostly raspberry, but the finish and ABV are all IPA.
Our flagship IPA, The Firestarter is a traditional India Pale Ale recipe, bitterness-enhanced with Falconer's flight hops and aroma-strengthened with an extra dose of Cascade hops.At 6.6% ABV, this one gets the fire going quickly.
4.Kindler Pale Ale
Sessionable pale. Mosaic and Simcoe hops. A little white wheat for body.

3.Brush Creek Blonde
100% of the water in all Bonfire beer comes from Eagle's Brush Creek, fed by springs and snow-melt high in the Sawatch Mountains. With nugget hops, along with munich and white wheat malts, the Brush Creek is our lightest, smoothest offering.
