16.PINK-I Raspberry IPA

A big, accessible IPA, the Pink-I starts with a traditional recipe using Falconer's Flight, followed by Citra hops. All natural red raspberry puree is added at the conclusion of fermentation,along with more Citra for dry hopping. The aroma is mostly raspberry, but the finish and ABV are all IPA.
