In June of 1994, Bristol Brewing Company settled comfortably in the lap of Pikes Peak and began hand-brewing flavorful, one-of-a-kind ales for the people of Colorado. That's why we make our ales using only natural ingredients. You will find us on draught and in bottles at fabulous bars and restaurants throughout the state as well as in six packs at your favorite liquor store. So, if you should get your hands on a Bristol beer, know that it was brewed fresh no more than a few hours from where you're sitting.

Bristol'S Coffee Dunkelweizen
9.9%
As a true collaboration with the local coffee gurus at Loyal Coffee, we wanted this beer to showcase the subtle flavors of both the coffee and the beer. The result? This is not your average chock full o' roast coffee beer. This is a masterpiece of nuance, with banana/clove notes from the hefeweizen yeast, fruity notes from Loyal's Ethiopian coffee, and hints of cherry and tobacco from an addition of Cascara after the brew. Altogether, a delicious, medium-bodied wheat beer with sublime coffee undertones and a sessionable ABV--just the thing for fall.

Old No. 23
9.0%
An annual Bristol tradition, Old No. 23 revives an English farmhouse brewery practice of making a complex ale to set aside for special occasions. Our version, while painstaking and time-consuming to brew, rewards the connoisseur with an ale that has the depth and complexity of a good brandy or single malt scotch. Massive quantities of malt and hops, a long aging time and limited availability make this a special ale worthy of its reputation.

Knob Hill Station
9.0%
Imperial RyePA is not an officially sanctioned beer style, so we got a kick out of tweaking this one. We started with a simple malt bill, with 25% rye for a little spice and a crisp finish.Simcoe highlights the hop profile, adding a nice earthy bitterness that really shines against the malt backdrop. Imperials are meant to be bigger beers, and Knob Hill follows suit with a 9% ABV, 71 IBUs, and plenty of tasty character.

Bristol'S Imperial Belgian Wit
6.5%
This beer was so popular when we released it on draught in 2015 that we had to bring it back. It's very similar to our ever-popular Belgian Wit - supremely flavorful and refreshing, with Belgian yeast, and of course coriander and orange peel for spice. But it's just a tad sweeter from an extra big dose of two-row malt, and the ABV is a tad heftier, just as you'd expect from an Imperial. A pure white head and deliciously velvety body close the deal. Delicious!
