Dead Or Alive
Imperial IPA was brewed with Centennial, Columbus, Warrior, Millenium, and Vic Secret hops (6 hop additions at 90, 60, 45, 30, 15 & 0 minutes, in addition to dry hopping).The malt backbone lends this beer an amber hue and nicely balances the onslaught of hops. 2013 Denver International Beer Championship – Silver.
Belgian Saison brewed with rye and aged on pureed raspberries from Oregon's Willamette Valley.
Hoppy American Red Ale. Unique balance of malt and hops. Dry hopping lends this beer a fruity and floral hop aroma and flavor.

French Roast Widow Maker
The French Roast variant of Widow Maker Imperial Stout is infused with Denver based Dazbog's French Roast coffee. Two pounds of coarse ground coffee per barrel are added to theconditioned beer for a robust 24 hour cold brew.
Blood Orange & Hibiscus Saison
Belgian rye saison infused with blood oranges and hibiscus flowers.
2017 vintage of this sour barrel-aged brown ale was aged in oak Cabernet wine barrels for two years. Soured with a blend of lactobacillus and pediococcus bacteria creating a pleasantly sour version of our 2013 Great American Beer Festival gold medal-winning Bandit Brown Ale.Bottle date: 6/9/17. Saison aged 11 months in chardonnay barrels and 2 months with tangerine and soursop. Light body with a zesty fruit profile from the tangerine and soursop.A slight tartness and wild funky flavor balance the beer. The finish is pleasantly sweet and dry.

Vanilla Bean Widow Maker
The Vanilla Bean variant of Widow Maker Imperial Stout is infused with Bourbon vanilla beans from Madagascar. The conditioned beer is dosed with a tincture made in house of the scrapedvanilla pods and tiny seeds.
American IPA dry hopped with Citra hops and infused with a juicy pineapple purée. The tropical and citrus hop flavors mingle with the pineapple's sweet and tart qualities,taking you someplace warmer.
Belgian Rye Pale Ale. The spicy character of the Belgian yeast compliments the rye up front, giving way to medium hop bitterness. Clean and crisp, dry finish.2014 Colorado State Fair – Gold.

Sour stout aged 9 months in oak barrels finished with cherries. Soured with both lactobacillus and pediococcus bacteria as well as brettanomyces yeast. Approximately 50lbs of cherry per barrel added to this beer.Velvety smooth mouthfeel. Luscious waves of cocoa roll along the tongue, and the cherry sweetness rounds out the sour flavor profile.
Happy Mango IPA
IPA fermented with pureed mango (12lbs per barrel) and dry hopped with Citra hops.
City Star & Grimm Brothers ladies collaboration for International Women's Day. Pale ale brewed with a special Pink Boots hop blend, pomelo zest and pink peppercorn.The special hop blend features Palisade, Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra and Loral hops.
American red ale dry hopped with Idaho 7 hops imparting a burst of citrus, pine and tropical fruit flavors. Named for Sim Jefferes, a Berthoud pioneer who operated the City Star Barn livery stable and built the Jefferes Auto Company in 1915 (our building today).Sim also had a prescription for medicinal whiskey.
