Rado's Red Sweet Cherry Sour
For this sour series we took our Rado's Red Ale recipe, added lactobacillus and Oregon Sweet Cherries to create this sweet, yet tart, thirst quenching sour. After spending 36 hours in our kettle, you will not be able to miss the complex flavors developed in this brew.
Progression Pale Ale
This American Pale Ale is light-bodied with a pale straw color and rich Vienna malt aroma that's slightly fruity. The ale is smooth and crisp, all the way through, with a clean and long finish carrying hints of piney bitterness that will leave you craving more.
This American IPA is light gold in color with a medium-full body. Beginning notes of citrus, tropical fruit and slightly sweet caramel are initially balanced by a floral and grassy bitterness, which is followed by a hint of grapefruit. This is a long-finishing beer that lasts for days
Window Screen Wheat
An American Hefeweizen, this unfiltered wheat beer is pale in color with a medium body. It starts smoothly with wisps of banana and then finishes with hints of clove and a light bitterness.Straightforward wheat beer that'll remind you of warm summer nights and wide open doors, no matter what time of year you're enjoying it.
Opening Day Blackberry Wheat
Blackberries and hefeweizen yeast combine into a hazy purple hue in this annual brew. The tartness of the berries plays with the fruity esters of the yeast and the bitterness of the hops to create a complex, but complimentary balance of flavors, which masks the higher than typical ABV of this wheat beer.
Loose Tongue Lager
An inspired blend of Czech pils enhances our smooth American amber lager, which is a warm golden color. Wisps of citrus are followed by a clean malt sweetness and a crisp lager finish. The hop blend brings an upfront earthiness, with slightly bitter notes of herbs and grass lingering on your tongue.A bit higher gravity than your traditional lager, but enjoyed by everyone!
Our first wine beer hybrid is a truly experimental brew crafted for beer and wine drinkers alike. We left out the hops to let the fruity aromatics and flavors of the cabernet must come through. With light carbonation it is more reminiscent of wine. Subtle malt undertones balance the must, with a hint of oak to tie everything together. The finish is light, crisp, and will leave you curious for more.
1225 Spiced Stout 2017
This year's version of our annual spiced stout is made with chocolate, brown sugar, orange peel, and cinnamon. The aroma is bright with orange and cinnamon, which leads into a rich chocolatey stout flavor. The brown sugar compliments the roasted malt, combining into a bruleé-like middle. The brew finishes silky, smooth, and warming to balance out a cold Colorado night.
Rado's Red Ale
Our Irish-style red is crystal clear with reddish hues. Upfront notes of dark caramel with a slightly astringent quality build into bold roasted toffee with nutty undertones. It finishes with a light taste of toasted grain, which lends a characteristic dryness. The English hop varietals come smoothly in the finish without much hop bitterness. A crowd favorite you'll surely enjoy.
Big Water Nut Brown Ale
Based on a Northern English Brown, this medium-light bodied brew has a deep reddish-brown color. Upfront notes of sweet chocolate, toffee, and nuts are followed up with a hint of roasted bitterness. The blend of American and English hops gives this beer a balanced profile of bitterness, earthiness, and some fruit.
Sleeping Owl Stout
Our Oatmeal Stout is very dark and full-bodied, with predominate chocolate and coffee notes. A smooth, almost silky-like mouthfeel features a bit of noble hop bitterness, maltiness, and some sweetness. You'll discover hints of oatmeal and a little roasted dryness at the very end. Delicious, creamy, and smooth.
Our rendition of this classic British ale is medium bodied with a has a deep brown color. It has an aroma rich with caramel, chocolate, and a hint of roastiness. The flavor mirrors the aroma, giving way to a smooth, satisfying finish.
MyCrow Hop Project 3.0
We teamed up with our construction friends to create this easy-drinking ale using 2-row and pilsner grains. The addition of northern brewer and perle hops balance the malt sweetness, but do not over power the beer. Enjoy the spirit of Loveland and this ale together, you won't find either one anywhere else!
Winter Fire Belgian White IPA
Our annual winter focused Belgian IPA marries American hops with robust Belgian yeast for a bright, estery beer that has a strong bitter bite. The high ABV is matched with bold flavors of clove, banana, citrus, and earthiness, which continue to develop and evolve from the first hints of the aroma through to the last, lingering notes in the finish.
