Woodys Salted Chocolate Stout
Woody's brings together chocolaty sweetness, and dark roasted malts, with just a hint of salt for a very drinkable and enjoyable beer
Golden in color, Marilyn is a complex and powerful ale, yet delicate with rounded flavors and big, billowy, white head. It is fruity and somewhat hoppy, but hop flavor and aroma is fairly low.Marilyn is brewed with a Belgian yeast strain that gives it some nice citrusy qualities and a slight spiciness, while still being rounded in flavor. The finish is somewhat dry. It is an easy drinking craft beer, but with an ABV of over 9% ABV, "watch out for Marilyn!"
Ipa – Indian Pale Ale

Doc'S American Porter
Crystal Springs first beer is a robust porter. It is a complex craft beer that uses seven different grains from three different countries, American and British hops, and our flavorful house yeast. We call it an American porter because, even though it uses grains and hops from other countries, it is here where they all come together for a bold, roasty, chocolaty, flavorful beer. 7.5% ABV, 50 IBUs, refermented in the bottle. Serve at 45-54F in a brandy snifter, wine glass, or the traditional nonic glass. Watch for: seasonal releases of Doc's American Porter brewed with raspberry, cherry, or hazelnut or rum barrel aged. Doc's is made with US 2-row, white wheat, caramel 80L, UK pale chocolate, chocolate, carastan and US black malts and German Northern Brewer and Hallertau Mittlefruh hops. OG 1.072, FG 1.014.
