Overview
3001 Walnut St Denver, CO 80205-2324
Founded in 2010 by David Cole and Peter Erickson, Epic Brewing Company soon became a local favorite in its home city of Salt Lake City, Utah. It was just a few months until they began winning awards for their delicious beer, both domestically and internationally. Quickly becoming a hit with both the local community and out-of-state visitors, they knew they had something very special. Within three years Epic Brewing Company opened a second brewery in Denver, Colorado, to assist in meeting the demand for their award-winning beers.
Serving visitors every day of the week, they offer a variety of selections both on tap and canned, including their signature IPAs. Proud of their growing community, Epic Brewing Company continues to work toward creating new, delicious offerings. For visitors with an appetite, they also host a wide selection of popular local food trucks to choose from throughout the week. Epic Brewing Company prides themselves in their friendly environment, allowing the entire family to participate in tours—and even allowing furry family members to accompany visitors on the outside patio while they enjoy their award-winning brews; they even provide a water dish, in case Fido gets thirsty, too.

Big Bad Baptista
Big Bad Baptista is inspired by traditional Mexican coffee, Café de Olla, which is served with cinnamon and piloncillo, an unrefined sugar. The Cinnamon adds another layer of complexity and accentuates the earthy character of Mexican Coffee, but more importantly, it captures the essence of a place and its culture. As beverage geeks we wanted to pay homage to that rich tradition and offer our unique take

Spiral Jetty IPA
6.6%
Spiral Jetty India Pale Ale is the launching point in our series of hoppy IPA brews. Spiral Jetty IPA has an aggressive hop profile (five different hops used here with two in the dry hop)presenting citrus, floral, resinous or pine aromas and flavors typical of American hops and a nice pleasant, cleansing bitterness on the finish. The dominance of the hops helps to balance the complex malt flavors and the higher alcohol content. Spiral Jetty is our strongest Classic Series ale at 6.6% alcohol by volume, but certainly not our strongest beer.
