Once Upon A Time 2018 Barrel Aged Sour
Once upon a time in the land of Bavaria, a darkness fell upon the beer in the town of Munich. But have no fear – this darkness was born of a toasted malt that produces a bready chocolate flavor. This full-bodied brew is now known as a Munich Dunkel. Our dunkel is made with just enough hoppy bitterness to scare away any overt sweetness. Then it is carefully lagered to produce a cleaness that no one will shudder at.
#Brose Raspberry American Pale Ale
A new trend, Rosé, like reds, ambers, browns, etc are more of an observTion of color, not flavor. Our Rosé is a raspberry infused IPL. Fruit flavors come not only from the raspberrybut the hops as aell which are balanced nicely by a touch of bitterness.
Open Road Kolsch
Collaboration with Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company out of Pennsylvania.
Little Red Cap Dusseldorf Altbier
Our multiple award winning Düsseldorf Altbier. Balance is the key in this northern German red ale. A good malt presence. A good hop presence. But clean and easy drinking.
Snow Drop Kottbusser
Once upon a time German beer was only deemed pure if it contained the four orthodox ingredients of brewing: water, barley, hops, and yeast. During this time,an ale known as Köttbusser was outlawed because it contained oats, honey, and molasses. Over the centuries since its prohibition, Köttbusser became a lost brewing style. At Grimm Brothers, we've resurrected this refreshing ale with a kiss of hops. You don't need a magic mirror to know that Snowdrop is the fairest in the land. Recommended by dwarves everywhere!
The Dude Abides White Russian Stout
The cold is moving in, and with the changing of the seasons comes a change in our beer lineup moving from the lighter, easier drinking to the darker, maltier beasts. With that in mind raise a pint of The Dude Abides and cheers to the cult classic with a beer we modeled after a White Russian cocktail. We took our base beer stout and added locally sourced whole coffee beans, and lactose to give the impression that you're sipping on a smooth creamy cocktail.
Maiden's Kiss Lemonade Radler
Maiden's Kiss is our spring seasonal Radler. A German traditional beer by adding beer with Lemonaid. Perfect on a crisp spring day and in a word, is crushable.
