Grimm Brothers Brewhouse was founded in 2010, specializing in German-inspired beers. Being the oldest brewery in their city of Loveland, Colorado, they have become a popular favorite of the community for both their traditional and historical style offerings. Passionate about offering great beer to their great community, they continue to come up with new offerings for their visitors to enjoy. Grimm Brothers Brewhouse proudly serves their German-influenced beers to customers every day of the week. They offer a variety of year-round and seasonal beers and IPAs to choose from. Popular choices such as their multiple award-winning "Little Red Cap" is offered in their mainline selection throughout the year, and their unique "Carolina Reaper Chili Snow Drop" being offered for a limited time throughout the year. Recently, they have even begun offering a selection of their beers in cans for fans on-the-go. Proud to play an active role in their community, Grimm Brothers Brewhouse supports multiple community organizations, such as the Larimer County food bank, Life for the Innocent, Meals on Wheels, and many others. Great pride is taken in not just their delicious, award-winning brews, but the fun, friendly environment they provide to their customers and community.

Once upon a time German beer was only deemed pure if it contained the four orthodox ingredients of brewing: water, barley, hops, and yeast. During this time,an ale known as Köttbusser was outlawed because it contained oats, honey, and molasses. Over the centuries since its prohibition, Köttbusser became a lost brewing style.
