Chef Aaron Quilling has spent the last twelve years perfecting his Colorado style fried chicken. What started as an annual New Year's Day treat for friends, is now roaming the streets of the front range. Inspired by Southern cuisine and the flavorful dry rubs of the Caribbean, Chef Aaron adds his love and knowledge of local tastes to create a flavor that is truly Colorado.
Our menu is inspired by the delicious poultry and produce of The Centennial State. We believe in simplicity, allowing our Colorado flavors to shine.
Our Colorado birds are fried up in two styles: breaded, or dry rubbed (GF). Both use our proprietary Colorado spice blends to create a truly Colorado style fried chicken.
