The vegan revolution is happening, and Curcuma is leading the way. Curcuma is the brainchild of Rachel Musquiz who started her personal journey towards wellness by embracing a plant-based lifestyle. Curcuma is a representation of Rachel's ethos, with a focus on locally-sourced, natural foods that are nourishing and maximize the potential of your body.
What that translates to in terms of food is all items on the menu are made from scratch, including the coconut and cashew milk included in many of the foods on offer. Curcuma offers a variety of healing drinks, including the turmeric-infused Golden Mylk and various superfood coffee drinks to boost your energy.
Curcuma offers a dizzying array of drinks and shots, but ultimately, you're there for the food. All of the food is vegan and gluten-free, and the main attraction is the Kitchari Bowl which features quinoa and mung beans. It is specially spiced with Ayurveda spices and topped with a selection of veggies, avocado, ginger chutney, and a turmeric tahini dressing. It's warm, nutritious and will leave you feeling very healthy.
No matter what you choose on the menu, you can rest assured that it's ethically sourced and very, very good for you and the community around you.
