An opportunity arose and I couldn't pass it up! I came upon a for-sale ad for this 1950's camper trailer converted to a food truck and I knew I had to go for it. My passion for food and the will to run my own business have culminated in the start up of my food truck, GO GO BAO! I have devoted over a year to learning how to perfect the process of making the bao dough by hand and creating the perfect fusion of recipes to fill the steamed buns. Through trying recipes on friends and family, as well as a visit to Taiwan to try the buns where they originated, I am ready to provide something tasty many have never had and will surely enjoy!
