Had an opportunity to eat while Hop and How was at Weldwerks Brewing in Greeley. Excellent customer service and the food was delicious. I will definitely look for this truck again.

As beertender at Fiction Beer Company, I get the opportunity to sample a wide variety of food trucks - everything from good old American burgers and fries to Venezuelan tacos. I also get the chance to see the volume of business that is being done and check on how my customers like the food.
On Saturday Zach and company had a good stream of customers and the fried brussels sprouts/cauliflower, steam buns, and pasta primavera were the items I saw on most of the tables. My customers raved about the food (especially the brussels sprouts) and the portion sizes. Zack was friendly and comped me fried chicken pot stickers with coconut curry sauce, and it was full of flavor, and the sweet curry sauce was an excellent addition - Thanks, Zack.
If you're looking for a food truck that offers excellent food with a little different of a menu, then I highly recommend you try Hop and Hoe.
