The B's Kitchen is run by Jimmy Bui, a classically trained chef who was born and raised in Saigon. Before starting The B's Kitchen, Jimmy developed an impressive resume of working for upscale kitchens and commercial ships all over the world. He decided to settle down in Austin in 2005 where he opened up The B's Kitchen. His goal is to Keep Austin Weird with his traditional Vietnamese dishes mixed with a dash of crazy.
What you get from The B's Kitchen is a delightful mix of traditional Vietnamese dishes like Bahn mi sandwiches, rice, and noodle dishes, and veggie bowls. These have all been adapted for the modern palate. There are plenty of vegetarian options as well, so you don't have to worry about being left out of the loop on this one.
If you're looking for an interesting take on Asian dishes from someone who has grown up with them, The B's Kitchen should be your first stop. You'll leave fully satisfied, no matter how big your appetite, and you'll definitely be coming back for more.
