SMS Terms of Services
Users may opt into SMS communication while submitting catering requests or creating Truckster Vendor accounts.
Truckster Catering SMS - users are sent reminders, updates, and confirmations regarding their catering request with Truckster or regarding a neighborhood or partner that is managed with Truckster. 2 messages per event and/or request maximum are sent. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel.
Truckster Vendor SMS - users are sent account notifications and event confirmations via SMS. Messaging frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel.
Truckster Ordering SMS - users are sent updates about their order and notifications when their order is ready for pick-up. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel.
Data obtained through the short code program will not be shared with any third-parties for their marketing reasons/purposes.
Carriers are not liable for delayed for undelivered messages.

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
If you are looking for a refund from a Truckster Online or Mobile order with a food truck, please contact that vendor directly (see contact info in receipt email).
Cancellations - Food truck online guide purchases are final. Users may cancel their Truckster Vendor subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the Truckster Vendor subscription charge will not renew as of the next billing period.
